This was the first of three sketches I completed while the choir was practising. The senior organ scholar, Jemima Stephenson, kindly gave me access to the organ loft balcony while she was there and this gave me an unusual viewpoint down on the choir stalls - quite geometric and almost abstract. Certainly there is a lot of "impression" in this image, which I like.
